Dr. Galit Ben-Toval is a senior lecturer and mentor in leadership development, team building, organizational vision creation, goal setting, and employee empowerment. With extensive experience in multinational and cross-cultural training, she holds a PhD in Egyptology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a recipient of the Bernard Bloomfield Award. A Georgetown University alumna, Dr. Ben-Toval is also a seasoned organizational consultant for tech companies. She has a rich background in training leaders and managers in both the private and public sectors. Currently, she serves as the academic director and senior lecturer at the Sela School of Management and teaches organizational behavior and management at the IDC Herzliya Business School.
